This is my 5th year at Meadowlawn Middle School. I have my BA degree in History from Florida Southern College in Lakeland,
FL. and my Master's degree in Social Studies Education from USF in Tampa. I have a husband and two cats. I really do enjoy

About This Class:
At Meadowlawn Middle in St. Pete, our 8th grade Social Studies Class is Florida and US History class. Although we have
brand-new textbooks, this class also uses various resources, including this website. We will study American Prehistory, Exploration,
the American Revolution,American Government, the 1800s, Westward Expansion, the Civil War, and Finance Park.
